I’ll guide you through every movement with attention to alignment, control, and flow, helping you progress safely and confidently. Sessions are available in the studio, at your home, or virtually!

What to Expect

First session

Your first session is all about understanding you and your body. We’ll start with a brief movement assessment to get a sense of your alignment, strength, and mobility. From there, we’ll move into your workout and begin working toward your goals!

Going forward

After your first session, each workout is tailored to your goals and how your body feels that day. I keep things challenging, enjoyable, and intentional, adjusting as needed to support your progress. I track your progress and tweak exercises along the way so you’re always moving forward. You’ll leave each session feeling confident, accomplished, and motivated to keep going.
