About Kaitlin
Movement has always been a big part of my life, from growing up in dance and sports to discovering Pilates as cross-training for ballet. After experiencing the reformer during physical therapy for an injury, I quickly fell in love with how Pilates could be both challenging and supportive. That experience ultimately led me to pursue my certification through Club Pilates.
Since then, I’ve taught thousands of classes and developed a teaching style that is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and adaptable. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every body moves differently, and I love helping clients find the balance between feeling supported and discovering what they’re capable of.
I also hold a BA in Psychological Sciences from UC Irvine, which shapes my interest in the connection between the mind and body. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in the way you move.
Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me hiking, reading, or spending time with my dog, Leia.
My Pilates Philosophy
Pilates is for everyone
Work with your body, not against it
Move with intention and purpose
Build strength and trust in your body
Find joy in movement
I believe Pilates is about more than getting stronger. It is about becoming more aware of how you move. My teaching focuses on intentional movement, proper alignment, and control while adapting to your body and goals. Through this practice, Pilates becomes not just exercise, but a practice you can carry into everyday life. I want you to leave each session feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.
