I first discovered Pilates through mat work as part of training for ballet, but it wasn’t until an injury led me to physical therapy that I was introduced to the reformer. Experiencing its supportive and healing benefits sparked a passion that inspired me to pursue certification through Club Pilates. What I love most about Pilates is how adaptable it is—whether through modifications or progressions, there’s always a way to make movement accessible, empowering, and just the right amount of challenging.

I hold a BA in Psychological Sciences from UCI, and outside the studio you can usually find me hiking local trails, curled up with a good book, or spending time with my dog, Leia.

My Pilates Philosophy

I see Pilates as a way to connect the mind, body, and breath—building strength from the inside out. Each movement is purposeful, meeting your body where it is while still encouraging growth. My goal is to help you move with confidence, build awareness, and find balance, so Pilates becomes not just exercise, but a practice you can carry into everyday life. In every session, I focus on alignment, control, and flow, guiding you to move with precision while still honoring your own pace.
